Leadership Development Program
The deVere Group fast-track leadership program is designed to provide professionals demonstrating strong leadership skills with a unique opportunity to join the deVere world of wealth management. The program is run by deVere Group CEO and Founder Nigel Green and seeks to find and develop the industry’s next generation of leaders.
We are searching for individuals with a proven track record in running and developing high-performance teams within the financial sector. Successful candidates will be those with extensive experience in motivating teams achieve their targets, relationship management, adaptability, creativity, negotiation and persuasion.
Depending on the professional experience of applicants, the program will last between 3-6 months. The training program will include in-depth advanced training of the wealth management industry. The program will also focus on providing participants with the necessary skills to recruit and develop their team whilst covering deVere Group’s core principles.
Following completion of the course, successful candidates will be relocated to a regional office where they will begin to develop and manage their team.
